I lost my account for no reason and even my pc account was logged out

I have a huge problem with my telgram
I can receive messages when ppl are chatting with me, however when i reply them on the spot , the message will have the clock icon or a single tick, but they cant be seen by recipients until later, and the time stamp of the single tick message will change to the later delivered timing too.
I have read the same kind of issue people are facing in reddit which were all 3 years ago the reply to all of them was that it was being worked on. Well apparently not hard enough
It is frustrating and i am not sure why, have updated to the latest version
