I opted to not finish making my account due to picture verification and had to connect to support to have it deleted. The option to delete your account is not available directly, this is really bad functionality. No issues with support who were quick and helpful.

It's a pity, but tye cars are often very dirty and the app SUCKS. You drive 5 mins, can't end the trip and wait 10 mins on the phone until an agent can end the trip for you, costing you TIME and money

The app is alright, but it really needs a FILTER FUNCTION. I occasionally need the large vans, and it's super annoying to scroll through the map and try to spot them
