Great 👍 👌 and easy to use

i wanted to try out the duolingo plus through the free trial version and i was told that i would receive a notif when i have to cancel if i dont want to keep using it but i never received a notif however i did receive a notif from paypal telling me i paid duo around 80€. i tried to get the money back from my bank but due to the lacking options in paypals refund system i ended up having to pay around 95€. I've never gotten my money back.
