High quality alternative to other cloud services

the principle is awesome and general functionality is great. as a newbie to it I did find it not very intuitive, such as installing and setting up apps requires going through several different screens and alot of apps seem to need dependencies but don't give you a button on that screen to install it directly (eg: try setting up memories) but overall I'm starting to get my head around it and loving it

Instant upload for videos doesn't work. It says "waiting for device charging" even when the option is not checked on settings. Also thumbnail generation takes extremely long...

Became buggy - complains of sync conflicts, 'unexpected error occurred while downloading files', etc.
