not being able to send payments directly without adding the sum to the wallet first is very annoying.

Have used paypal once or twice per year and worked fine so far ,but now my transfer was on hold. Could not get any exact info why and they asked me to upload documents like gas or electrical invoices with my address and driving licence and so on. Emailed them that and even made a call to their so called help desk. No human answer just a voice explaining to press 1,2...and some short explanation. So I canseled the transaction and now waiting for the money back. Will never use paypal again.
