Important notice "DM Care Sugar Express" has been migrated to HA Go - DM Care

Thank you for your support to "DM Care Sugar Communication" over the years.

Due to administrative reasons, the current "DM Care Sugar Communication" will be migrated to "HA Go-DM Care".
After the migration is completed, the existing "DM Care Sugar Communication" will cease to operate, and no further updates or support will be provided for the application.

The HA Go–DM Care app contains diabetes care knowledge and provides patients with the information they need for daily diabetes self-management. Users can enter their own blood sugar and blood pressure readings, and personal food diaries into the app.

Download HA Go for iOS and Android devices in your app store.
After downloading HA Go, please contact your medical staff to push the "DM Care Sugar Communication" app to you.

The HA Go – DM Care App encompasses useful tips on diabetes care providing patients with the support needed in their daily self-management of their diabetes. Users can record their self-measured blood glucose and blood pressure readings and enter records in a personal food diary in the app.
Please visit your app store to download HA Go which is available for both iOS and Android devices. Once you have downloaded HA Go, you may approach your HA health care provider to prescribe the DM Care App to you.
