Poor service. Try to avoid the app as they will not help you out with your order hasn't been delivered for over an hour and a half. They do not care. Terrible service. They expect you to accept cold food and not provide a refund. I am not going to use this app anymore.

The courier marked on the app that the food was delivered but he didnt show. He basiccaly stole my food and he wouldnt pick up my phone calls. The support team as of right now is unreachable.

Awful customer support! My order was not complete,i paid in advance for the whole order and no one is answering at my complaint. Its been a full hour now and nothing happened. The restaurant says they delivered everything, the driver said that what he received from the restaurant it was delivered. And i am here asking for my money back or the products and it's like I'm talking to walls. No answer received=complaint at Anpc or Ecc.

Faci o comanda de multe pizza si iti apare ca poti sa o ridici dar ce sa vezi: restaurantul iti arata ca la ei in aplicatie comanda trebuie sa fie gata in 60 de minute. Deci 2 aplicatii arata 2 chestii diferite si tu tot te plimbi cand ai invitati.Nu ai suport de la relatii clienti si aia oricum nu inteleg nimic. NEVER AGAIN BOLT FOOD si gasesc alternative si la Bolt.

In a few months time theccost of delivery has doubled now it is definitely cheaper to go get everything by yourself

very useless application with no support in kenya. my order was delayed by 1 hour. the stupid AI help section just keeps repeating the same statement. highly advise against using this isle application.
