Cannot connect to any of my lights anymore. The app is literally unuseable now

So slow!

I used the old version of the app and was reasonably happy with it. The new version is a disaster. Not only does Philips charge top money for their bulbs, but now they try to squeeze out additional money for using the app ad free. Otherwise you are swamped with garbage ads. In addition the app has gotten substantially worse and much more difficult to configure. Time to look at alternatives such an innr.

Unable to connect to light bulbs since last update

Awful. Often won't pair when setting up. Hue Bluetooth lights will no longer connect to two mobiles! Apple iPhone connects much faster to light than android app, when opening app. Percentage in app changes by 1% after being set. Lights and colour displayed on the app are not in sync, 00800 number for support is chargeable and support refuse to provide an alternative! Each time update in the app, what's new shows as blank! Alexa broken. Useless support too

I can't connect to all of my lights and it's been an ongoing issue for a while now. Even if I disconnect all the lights, the app can't even find them all. My lights are too bright if I cannot dim them, making them unusable. Please fix this!

Done with this glitch prone garbage. Lights just turn on and off for no reason.

My lights literally never connect now. It's so annoying and totally defeats the purpose of the product.

App worked perfectly fine for like 48h and now it doesn't want to connect anything. So awesome to spend that much money for lights that work as normal light and not being able to use any the feature from a connected light.

Was working fine Until the last update (a few days ago) now won't open 😕
