This app is so bad you have to verify atleast 6 times and it is a long process, if you make a mistake you can't delete or fix it and lastly the fees are so high to pay for

used square for 10 years. They have terrible customer service. Stonewalling me every time I ask for help. On several occasions during the dispute process. Refused to call Amex after Amex asked them to call on my behalf. My only dispute in 10 years. Took them 3 months to do a piss poor job on my behalf. When I first got notice of the dispute earlier in the day. They didnt mention a charge back coming out of my bank account until @ 10:30pm, For next day, refused cover bad check fees they caused

I got square because my husband has had it for about 10 years, it has been good for him. I am a very small business. I just needed a way to except credit cards. I can't even get thru the verification process. I spoke to someone on the phone who couldn't or wouldn't explane why I was flagged for further verification. They want all this info and it won't upload on their app. After three phone calls they email me a link that did allow upload. Not my phone. They still won't say why. This app sucks!

Mostly good, but fees are ridiculous. I have to charge my customers 5.5% just to break even. I encourage Venmo or cash instead. And, I'm having a hard time finding where to change me fees charged. So frustrating.
