Game was so good a year ago but then now since I guess you guys won't fix it there are to like wide blue lines that block the bar at the bottom and the top of the screen

Too hard to play, and no difficulty setting, even though it is "supposed" to be a casual game. The enemy AI is too strong at times and I am forced to go milking previous levels for apples like a caveman. Besides why hasn't this been updated in nearly 10 years?
