Doesn't work. I keep getting notifications that I left my keys behind while they are in the same pocket as my phone.

The absolute worst. Alarms when you intentionally leave the tag with your things. Doesn't alarm when you leave it unintentionally. Can't be rung or buzzed when you're in the same room with it but you can't see it. As soon as i find my keys I'm throwing this in the trash and getting a Samsung Smart tag.

The range is ok. But it takes a very long time to connect with old devices. Also, some chipolos connect faster than others (tested by the phone) They must make it so I can ring the chipolos as a bluetooth broadcast, before the bluetooth "connects". The chipolos are good quality and the battery lasts many more months than cheap chinese copies.

Chipolo device connects to app, states that it needs to be updated before connecting,and then times out. How can it be updated without connecting first? It's not logical.

Wants to have unnecessary rights and does NOT show you where the tags are when you're not near. So does NOT work like the find me Android or IOS - so it really is quite useless, a battery drainer and potential spy-app

The chipolo is great and the battery does last a really long time. Customer Support is responsive. You don't need location services to ping local Chipolos, but you need them to add new Chipolos. (only needs Bluetooth and physical devices) I want the phone to ping the Chipolos even before detecting them. Detecting them is distance sensitive and can take from 0 to 60 seconds. Hanging the Chipolo from the dog's neck reduces the range of the chipolo. I sew it to collar in the back of the neck
