I used to be the most loyal Amazon customer ever. We shopped almost exclusively on Prime and had over 20 Amazon devices from tablets to speakers. I’m so sick of the constant ads and sales pitches. I switched to watching more Apple TV and just bought a new Apple TV and tossed my Amazon Fire TV Cube in the garbage. We spent over $30k shopping on Amazon last year and now you want another $2.99 a month to get rid of ads?!?!?! I also just bought the new Walmart Plus tonight to move more shopping there. All because you want another greedy $2.99…

This is going down by forcing us to watch many ads when I am paying a prime membership, I mean, come on Amazon is getting poor in movies and series and now ads? I star to consider to stop paying the prime membership and switch to Hulu or Paramount, I got Max from HBO already and it’s great. I believe Amazon will have the same problem that Netflix, they will lose a lot of clients in the near future.

This app has really gone downhill. Gone is the 'free to me' filter so now we are going inundated with all kinds or rent or buy options. And Freebee is terrible. Just get rid of it.

Cough up an additional $48 if you want ad free! $188 a year for crappy shows ad free…. What are we doing….

I pay money for this service NOT to have ads shoved down my throat mid-show. Cancelling my subscription immediately. I suggest everyone else do the same!

What is the issue with the Lock Screen player disappearing after pausing the video? It's 2024 and this basic feature is broken.
It's very frustrating to use. No one wants to repeatedly open their phone, find the episode, hit play, turn off the screen, and then press play again.
All these bug fixes but this one is overlooked.
I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting to fix this and there's nothing. All the other apps I use for listening work except this one.

They play ads now even on titles supposedly included with prime, this company is run by the worst living people. These people are non contributing scum who only serve to make everything everywhere worse for everyone but themselves. Godless pieces of trash

If I have an Amazon prime membership then it should be ad free and I also shouldn’t have to rent or buy movies and tv shows… really defeats having a membership
Definitely quit with the unnecessary ads for people who have the membership. And also let us watch everything freely without renting or buying if we are a paying member
