I bought this , under the impression, would be able to watch more games of teams I like. In just over 2 months, only able to watch one baseball game. There is one now on ESPN that I signed in to see, and get error message, customer is not authorized for content requested. I would sure like to cancel and get a refund!

This is probably the worst app I have ever used. Both on my phone and my iPad, it freezes what I’m watching and the entire app is unusable until I clear it out. Pauses what I’m watching at least 10 times during an hour long game.
Constantly glitching and freezing, took 25 minutes to get a game to broadcast.
$12/month for espn+ and the app is unusable.

The ESPN iPad app crashes about every 2 minutes. It just disappears, and I have to reopen it again. The ESPN is the worst quality app I have ever used. Don’t you do any testing? Doesn’t anyone at ESPN actually use the app? In fact, the ESPN app crashed when I started trying to write this bug report. I had to rewrite it in Docs, and then cut and paste it into the ESPN support message. The support message was then not delivered to the phone number they listed (888) 549-3776. Pathetic.

Can’t even watch videos but it will sure let me watch the 30 second ad before a minute long video.

This app offers nothing of value in my opinion. Better off with google. The watch live feature use to be the only reason I used it but now it logged me out and when I try to log back in with my tv provider it just loads infinitely. Deleting app now no reason to have it

I don’t know what goes into building these app but it’s so ironic that they get the Ads implemented flawlessly but not the actual context.
Trying to watch a sporting event and you do not get prompted to join live or start from the beginning. Why not?
The streaming quality for the context is 540p but the ads are bumped up to a much better quality. Why?
Don’t any of the ppl running these companies use these apps themselves and get frustrated by these very things that frustrate the rest of the us?
Unreal these companies charge for trash like this.
